Bedhead 04:30
Don't take your time coming my way Darlin' bad ideas are my middle name Stay up we'll sleep when we're dead Never seen eyes shine so brightly, isn't it exciting Sometimes it hurts mine but I don't need my sight Don't take your time coming my way Cause darlin' bad ideas are My middle name

You can call this what you want to I don't mind We'll go as far as you wanna go Whatever feels right You can call this what you want to But Darlin' I swear I don't mind if you never start To think of me in that way It always goes this way Whatever feels right If it feels right Whatever feels right If it feels right

Doubt 03:38
Slow down, I never could keep up With your pace, the glasses aren't big enough Well I know there's something in the films That you're probably more worthy of And I won't doubt Slow down, I can't keep up We'll finish all the rosé And I'll practice The lines I'll say next time Well I know there's something in the films That you're probably more worthy of And I won't doubt I know there's something in the films That you're probably more worthy of And I won't doubt Well I know there's something in the films That you're probably more worthy of

Darlin' leave the light on I swear we won't go too far Cause there's no time To waste When the worlds on fire Will you watch it burn Watch it burn with me Maybe stay awhile Just leave the light on Cause dear We'll sleep when we're dead Sleep when we're dead And the worlds on fire Will you watch it burn Watch it burn with me

Penelope 04:54
Never mind the empty bottles on my floor They suppress the thoughts that I'll never be A poet that you like to read Will Cigarettes kill me faster than you intend On putting me in the grave that you dug for me Penelope you're so trippy My mother warned me about the girls like you But you're so lovely Never mind the untied lace on my shoes I know you like it when I fall down Penelope you're so trippy My mother warned me about the girls like you But you're so lovely

Changes 04:15
Don't wanna change your world Just want to change your mind I'm sure it doesn't help That I'm wasted most of the time Well I know you're probably sleeping by now Did the Benadryl help Your mother reassures That's not what it's for Don't want to change your world Just want to change your mind Change your mind

Honey 03:18
Settle down, settle down alright Can't see ourselves from way up here Shaking from the height Oh honey, stop moving this way Oh what the hell do you see Thats making you pace So quickly Maybe I, maybe I don't want To see where this goes Oh honey, stop moving this way Oh what the hell do you see Thats making you pace So quickly Honey Honey, stop moving this way Honey, stop moving this way

Stay out All night I know you are Afraid to be alone Afraid to be alone I know how you get, so drunk I look my best when you're fucked up Do you feel anything more than highs I know how you get, so drunk I look my best when you're fucked up I know how you get, so drunk I look my best when you're fucked up

Wallflower 04:09
Do you Only think of me when you're not sober And no one else will waste Your Friday night Cause honestly I don't want to dance Cause my feet Fail me every time They try to pretend like they're on Someone who knows how The soles on my dirty shoes are worn out I always drag my feet Cause honestly I don't want to dance Cause my feet Fail me every time They try to pretend like they're on Someone who knows how I know that I don't Belong here at all I don't want to dance Cause my feet Fail me every time They try to pretend like they're on Someone who knows how

Good morning I swear I Didn't mean to come on so strong I just think that you're lovely And something I've been waiting on But I've never Been all that good at this I think you're alright I think you're alright Well darlin' I hope I Don't bore you all that much It just seems like you are The next girl I'm not worthy of Well I can't Help that I'm such a mess I think you're alright I think you're alright I think we're alright I think we're alright

Wilbury 04:54
Tell me what's been on your mind You know dying wont take much more time Now all the songs sound the same And the friends moved away Daydreams don't hold any meaning these days Still drinking our weight Like we're not too old for this Don't envy the ending Right from the start I know waking up with a clear mind Is the hardest part Now all the songs sound the same And the friends moved away Daydreams don't hold any meaning these days Still drinking our weight Like we're not too old for this Now all the songs sound the same And the friends moved away Daydreams don't hold any meaning these days Still drinking our weight Like we're not too old for this Now all the songs sound the same And the friends moved away Daydreams don't hold any meaning these days Still drinking our weight Like we're not too young for it

about

"Thank You For Your Time" is a collective representation of the album I've been trying to make since the very first time I wrote a song. It features 3 re-recorded songs from a previous album recorded in 2020 that was lost and never made it to release along with 8 songs written between January 2021 and January 2022. The overarching story line is attempting to cope with the downs of your 20's along with the doubt that maybe love isn't real. Songs such as "Bedhead" and "Honey" highlight the optimism in a new relationship. Contrasted with "Penelope" and "I Know How You Get" which represent the lows and mistreatment. Then "Whatever Feels Right" and "When the Worlds on Fire" which are odes to going with the flow and enjoying whatever happens. The album is concluded with a laidback and intimate acoustic song "Wilbury" about the brain fog that comes with finishing college, having all your friends move away and now the days start to feel repetitive and songs start to sound the same.
